A well-established private investment company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Phoenix-based team. This organization manages a diversified portfolio of investments, with a significant concentration in real estate development, rental operations, and investment entities
, along with other operating businesses.
This role offers broad exposure across multiple entities and provides the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a sophisticated, well-capitalized environment.
Key Responsibilities- Full-cycle general ledger accounting for assigned entities
- Month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Oversight and review of third-party real estate and development financials
- Fixed asset accounting and depreciation
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis support
- Assistance with tax compliance and supporting documentation
- 3–5+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA-track a plus)
- Real estate accounting and/or fixed asset experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills and ERP experience
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
