This position works independently to research, analyze and validate documents and payments that require a more detailed review. This position will consult a procedural manual for direction. You will be working in multiple systems to acquire information or correct inaccurate material and will be performing mathematical calculations, cross‑referencing, and researching system and taxpayer errors;

This position is production and quality based and is driven by deadlines that are expected to be met. Onboarding forms need to be completed by (ONLY) selected candidates within 48 hours of selection

• Knowledge of banking credits and debits
• Computer skills:
  Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Suites
• Analyzing and evaluating claims, critical thinking, collaborative and independent problem solving, multitasking, attention to detail, interpersonal relationships
• Ability to handle changing priorities to meet deadlines, perform mathematical computations, analyze data and make decisions, perform tasks with precision and speed

• Working in a production‑based environment with high accuracy and deadlines
• Intermediate computer skills – Google Suites and Microsoft Office
• Working in an office setting – individually and collaboratively

High School Diploma or GED
