Commercial Title Review Specialist
Agility 360 is searching for a detail oriented Commercial Title Review Specialist to provide line of credit solutions to commercial borrowers, including private non-bank lenders and institutional debt funds, for out growing publicly traded banking client. As a Title Review Auditor, you will be responsible for understanding our client's department policies, procedures and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improved efficiency.
The ability to work independently, prioritize projects, multi-task and remain organized while delivering business results is critical.
- Conduct thorough reviews of chain of title for both commercial and residential properties to verify lien recordings, identify exceptions, and elevate anomalies as needed.
- Examine loan closing documents—including preliminary title reports and closing statements—to ensure all pending liens are accurately reflected prior to finalization.
- Request and manage title searches from third‑party vendors to support transaction due diligence.
- Collect and analyze information to resolve title‑related issues efficiently and accurately.
- Interpret and evaluate real estate documents to ensure compliance and completeness.
- Audit legal documentation for accuracy and consistency with internal standards.
- Communicate recording details clearly and compile relevant reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients and partners throughout the review process.
- Understand and assess current workflows and procedures, identifying opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Provide support to team members during periods of high volume or when additional assistance is needed.
- Assist managers with ad hoc reporting and special projects as requested.
- 3–5 years of customer service experience, with 1–3 years in financial services or B2B environments strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in title‑related work is highly desirable.
- High school diploma required; additional education or certifications in real estate, finance, or legal studies are a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documentation.
- A genuine passion for customer service, with a consistently professional and positive demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
- A proactive problem‑solver with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Naturally curious, with an interest in researching transaction histories and uncovering background details.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive, goal‑oriented environment and is committed to exceeding customer expectations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and comfortable learning and adapting to new software tools and technologies.
