Regional Controller

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid – 4 days on-site)

Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000

The Kostelic Agency has been engaged on a search for a Regional Controller with a fast-growing, multi-entity platform experiencing significant expansion through acquisitions.

This organization is scaling from ~$150M with a clear path toward $500M+ in the coming years, creating a highly dynamic environment for accounting and finance professionals who want more than a traditional “maintenance” role.

This Regional Controller will oversee accounting operations across multiple business units within a defined region, supporting both day-to-day execution and ongoing integration efforts tied to growth initiatives.

• Oversight of AP, AR, billing, and revenue processes
• Leading and developing a small accounting team
• Supporting integration of newly acquired entities
• Strengthening internal controls and improving processes
• Partnering with operational leadership to drive performance and accountability
• Supporting audit and compliance efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Experience with in multi-entity, multi-location environments
• Background in public accounting and/or private equity-backed companies is highly valued
• Strong operational accounting foundation with leadership experience
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate with minimal oversight
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
