We're looking for a detail-driven, organized multitasker to join our Loan Servicing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly - juggling deadlines, solving problems, and finding satisfaction in precision and consistency.

• Support all aspects of loan servicing - payments, payoffs, extensions, and loan onboarding.
• Keep borrower and property data accurate and up to date.
• Track maturities, compliance items, insurance, and property taxes.
• Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams to keep communication clear and consistent.
• Partner with Treasury, Accounting, and Asset Management on payments, reconciliations, and special situations.
• Help improve processes, templates, and servicing systems as we scale.

• A degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred, but transferable experience in banking, operations, or project coordination works too.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with loan systems (FICS, RealI NSIGHT, SS&C) is a plus.
