Sr. Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager

As the
** Sr. Commercial Real Estate Officer**, you will be engaged in non-owner-occupied commercial real estate (“CRE”) lending including construction loans, interim loans, permanent loans, and refinancing of real estate loans.  Production goals for both new loan originations and deposits will be assigned.

- Oversight of a portfolio of CRE loans, which includes the following responsibilities:

In conjunction with the assigned REG Portfolio Manager, monitor the collateral property performance to ensure absorption, operating performance, etc meet covenant requirements and are consistent with the approval and appraisal assumptions.

- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field- 7+ years Commercial Real Estate lending and underwriting experience
- Demonstrates expert knowledge of CRE credit and underwriting
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of bank products, services, and bank operations
- Demonstrates ability to be self-starter and show initiative
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills (verbal & written)- Demonstrates ability to prospect and network at various levels within the company
- Demonstrates ability to manage time and projects effectively

Demonstrates proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
