What you'll doAs a Treasury Management Officer Director, you will lead a team of Relationship Managers and Trust Associates to support our Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) Trust and Custody teams at the divisional level. You will administer the CLO Compliance reporting lifecycle and client deliverables for leverage facilities and custody transactions. You will build strong partnerships through a team‑based approach to relationship management while working with Commercial Bankers, Business Development Officers, Loan Administration and Trust Operations, as well as Technology and Risk Management partners.
- You will review work from Relationship Managers, including presentations, periodic risk reviews, action plans and typical relationship management requirements. You will oversee the identification of risk issues, monitor and report the status of the Trust and transaction conditions, and elevate matters to appropriate departments when necessary.
- You will supervise general relationship management activities, such as pipeline review, team capacity evaluation, and evaluation of opportunities to determine fit within capabilities and approved product offers. You will prepare reports for management based on team analysis of Key Risk Indicators and recommend mitigation strategies. You will coordinate work distribution and service level performance, oversee the processing of client deliverables, and control the process to validate that transactions follow agreement, customer needs and bank policies.
You will contribute to projects that improve internal administrative policies and procedures. - You will compile and analyze market research data to develop recommendations regarding products and services focused on target market needs. You will engage in business development activities and solicit new business based on the target market.
- Working with Business Development Officers, you will attend calls and schedule visits to target customers and referral sources to promote and sell Corporate Trust products and services, establishing a new book of business. You will develop and maintain a customer database, record calls and results on all new business relationships and referral sources, and provide required reports to superiors. You will represent the Bank in community, civic, and community reinvestment functions to enhance the Bank’s image and strengthen its market position in the financing arena.
you'll need
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required;
Master’s or MBA preferred. - Previous leadership experience required.
- Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, and industry standards and practices.
- Advanced knowledge and training in investor statement, portfolio compliance reporting, bondholder payment calculations and payment remittance.
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
- May require up to 25% travel.
