Position

Description

As a Chargeback Specialist, you serve as a critical line of defense in protecting revenue, ensuring compliance with Visa and Mastercard dispute regulations, and delivering best‑in‑class customer service and partner outcomes minimizing potential losses by making fact based, data driven decisions on chargeback cases. This role requires deep expertise in Visa and Mastercard chargeback rules and reason codes, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate complex dispute scenarios into compelling, evidence‑based responses.

You will partner cross‑functionally with hotel operations, front office, and accounting teams.

Position Qualification Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in credit card chargeback and dispute operations
  • Working knowledge of Visa and Master Card chargeback processes, reason codes and timelines
  • Understanding of card brand compliance requirements
  • Ability to develop clear compliant dispute responses aligned to card network rules and reason code requirements
  • Detail oriented with demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and communications skills
  • Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Critical thinking and investigative mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
