As a Financial Advisor within PNC Wealth Management, you will be based in Phoenix, AZ. Advisors are based within a bank branch and work within a highly collaborative circuit of branches managing an assigned book of business. We execute an advice and planning strategy focused on helping clients meet their savings, investing and retirement goals. Our team of financial planning experts guides you in creating personalized solutions on behalf of you and your clients.

Responsibilities
  • Consult on investment and insurance strategies, develop financial plans for clients, grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business, and own the client experience by efficiently handling sales and service.
  • Acquire, expand and maintain client relationships through business development and networking, grow client loyalty and share of wallet through a superior client experience, and apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems.
  • Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies, determine the best products, present sound financial recommendations, establish individual financial plans, monitor plans and recommend changes as needed.
  • Coach and educate branch staff and internal partners to identify investment opportunities, drive investment education among branch staff, and lead the branch team on actions to achieve investment results.
  • Regularly meet with branch manager and other partners to communicate and review business results and pipeline management, meet service level agreements on lead and referral follow‑up, and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations and policies.
