As a Home Loan Specialist, you will play a key role in processing loans accurately and on time.
Responsibilities- Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
- Daily pulling and monitoring of assigned reports
- Review and validate loan documents
- Adhere to procedures and maintain a "Right First Time" approach
- Exception analysis and escalations
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Analytical and communication skills
- Strong Attention to detail
- Ability to interpret legal and financial documents
- Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
- General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
- You catch errors others miss
- You perform well under pressure and tight deadlines
- You communicate clearly and take ownership of your work
- You consistently follow through and deliver results
