Lending Specialist III

Zing, in partnership with a financial company, is currently seeking a Lending Specialist III to manage and process loans with minimal supervision.

• Shifts Available:
  Hybrid
• Pay range: $36-$36
• Act as liaison and primary point of contact with internal and external customers from approval to deal closing
• Manage deal flow pipeline with relationship managers and leading interaction with internal stakeholders
• Coordinate and review closing documentation and information with relevant stakeholders
• Assist with the execution and process flow of the transaction including escalation issues
• Partner with relevant operations teams to ensure proper booking
• Ensure initial loan funding
• Carefully review loan documents for closing to ensure accuracy

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Confident in ability to enforce policies, procedures
• Strong PC skills
• Highly proficient in all areas of customer service
