Compliance Specialist, Finance & Banking

This role is part of the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) within Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC). The FIU provides end-to-end support and oversight of global financial crimes investigations, working to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The position involves conducting screenings and investigations to identify potentially suspicious financial activities.

• Keen attention to detail in investigation, analysis, and documentation
• Experience in conducting enhanced due diligence research
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Computer and internet research skills
• Effective communication and excellent writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple and varied projects simultaneously
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with Bridger, the enterprise screening tool

• Conducting Sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons screening
• Performing enhanced due diligence research
• Collaborating with lines of business and market compliance teams
