Advanced Account Operations Specialist

Asset Mark is a leading strategic provider of innovative investment and consulting solutions for independent financial advisors. The Account Operations Team handles all client‑directed requests on existing Asset Mark accounts, including investment changes, withdrawals, and beneficiary updates. Specialists ensure requests are processed timely, accurately, and with the client’s intention in mind while maintaining strong engagement and communication with advisors.

• Partner closely with teammates, service, and leadership to handle client requests with care and accuracy.
• Maintain productivity and ensure all requests are completed within assigned service levels.
• Adapt and remain flexible based on business and team needs.
• Provide timely, complete, knowledgeable, and responsive communication to advisors regarding NIGO items, both verbally and in writing.
• Assess and minimize organizational risk.
• Work effectively across teams, peers, and other departments.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the financial or a similar professional industry.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of broader processes.
• High proficiency in operational processing.
• Outstanding customer focus with a record of delivering memorable service.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Results‑oriented with a proven ability to set and achieve aggressive goals.

Entry‑Level / Early Career (Preferred)

• Bachelor’s or associate degree.
• Experience in a fast‑paced case management or high‑touch customer service environment.
• 1–3 years in financial services, insurance, or investments.

Mid to Advanced Career (Preferred)

• Bachelor’s or associate degree.
• Extensive experience in a fast‑paced case management environment.
• 4+ years in financial services, insurance, or investment industry.
• Active FINRA licenses such as SIE, Series6 or 7, or 65.

Location: Phoenix (hybrid in‑office 3 days a week)

Compensation: Base salary plus variable incentive, negotiated based on experience and tenure.

• Entry–Early Career: $55,000–$65,000
• Mid–Advanced Career: $65,000–$70,000
• Annual VIC Target: $3,500 (not guaranteed)
