Transdev is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves comprehensive compilation and in-depth analysis of complex financial data with minimal oversight.

Competitive compensation package of minimum $88,000 – maximum $109,000

• Vacation: minimum of two weeks
• Sick days: 5 days
• Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating
• 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and voluntary long-term disability.

• Reports to the General Manager with a dotted line reporting requirement to the Regional Finance team.
• Responsible for all aspects of month-end close, including the posting of journal entries, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation for multiple on-site cost centers.
• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the balance sheet including monthly reconciliations.
• Work closely with the inventory management team to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Direct responsibility over client billing and accounts payable. Includes training and development of staff.
• Responsible for monthly forecasting, variance analysis and annual budget.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable accuracy and collections.
• Set up new vendors and new clients according to company policy.
• Review and Approve Accounts Payable invoices.
• Additional duties as assigned by the General Manager and/or Division Finance team.

• 2-5 years of experience in an accounting management role.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required. MBA/CPA preferred.
• Ability to understand and review complex billing and job costing concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office products, including Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both in writing and verbally, and make recommendations.
• Able to work as a team player with a willingness to be flexible and adaptable to change.
• Excellent customer service.

• Sit/Stand for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces.
