Tax Senior
Excellent client interaction role, great work life balance, flexible working hours, outstanding growth potential. Prefer hybrid work schedule with as little as 1-2 days weekly in the office. Full remote may be considered. Prefer candidates live in or relocate to Phoenix.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review complex tax returns for high net worth individuals, partnerships, C and S corporations, estates and trusts.
- Perform year‑end tax planning for individuals and corporations.
- Research and provide solutions for complex tax issues; keep abreast of changes in tax code.
- Meet with clients, work independently, and think creatively in the planning process.
- 3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience.
- Knowledge of retirement planning and multi‑state tax compliance is desirable.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem‑solving, multi‑tasking, management and PC skills.
- Excellent work/life balance and flexible hours.
- Hybrid work schedule with 1–2 days in office; full remote considered.
