We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Finance professional to support core accounting, reporting, and financial operations across the business. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, and respond to a variety of adhoc financial requests.

Responsibilities
  • Support internal controls reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, month‑end journal entries, and special cross‑functional and ad‑hoc analysis.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to site controllers on key metrics, deliverables, reporting requirements, and ad‑hoc analysis.
  • Build finance capabilities, tools and skills to increase efficiency and value of the Finance team across the business.
  • Monitor and analyze general ledger activity, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial transactions while supporting month‑end and quarter‑end close processes.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Finance, Accounting, and operational teams to facilitate journal entries, provide SAP guidance, and resolve accounting‑related inquiries.
  • Respond to ad‑hoc financial and accounting requests, including invoice research and resolution, financial reporting support, and analysis of P&L and balance sheet activities.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • University degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Accounting/Finance experience in multiple disciplines (program finance, functional‑area finance, rates & budgets, material accounting, labor accounting, direct accounting, overhead accounting).
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience communicating and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience working effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities.

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP.
  • Experience with One Stream, Microsoft Office
    365, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Experience with continuous improvement such as Lean, Six Sigma, or CORE.
  • Experience with large volume and detail‑oriented transaction processing.
