- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, KPIs, and business performance metrics.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning and business growth.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with department leaders to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities, and support decision-making.
- Maintain effective internal controls, accounting policies, and financial governance processes.
- Coordinate annual audits and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and consultants.
- Oversee payroll administration and key accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Support financing activities, due diligence, and strategic initiatives, including IPO readiness efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Active CPA license
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, audit, or financial management
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting and financial systems
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA
- Big 4 or public accounting firm experience
- Experience with IPO readiness, SEC reporting, or public company environments
- Construction, engineering, or project accounting experience
