Mortgage Loan Support Specialist

UMB’s mortgage team, established in 2016, brings deep industry experience to support clients through the entire loan process. The Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant (MLOA) works directly under the supervision of a Mortgage Loan Originator, collaborating with underwriters, realtors, and clients to ensure accurate and timely completion of home real estate loan applications.

• Use banking and lending knowledge to support the MLO in ensuring that the mortgage loan process goes smoothly for our clients.
• Apply organizational and task‑orientation skills to ensure documents are received and deadlines are met.
• Use interpersonal skills to build relationships and attract clients to our mortgage products.
• Use communication skills to keep clients informed of the progress of their mortgage loan.
• Gather all necessary information for new loan underwriting and perform other administrative duties as required.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of mortgage‑related experience.
• NMLS Registration.

$33,920.00 - $65,380.00
