Director of Finance
Salary: $130,000-$160,000 base
Location:
100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of Mesa, AZ (Greater Phoenix area).
- Join as a Director of Finance in a company experiencing rapid, sustained growth across multiple markets
- Work directly with executive leadership, including a highly accessible CFO who prioritizes mentorship and internal promotion
- Step into a Director of Finance role with ownership across AZ, NV, and WV operations - real scope and visibility
- Lead and develop a team, positioning yourself as a key voice in financial strategy and operational execution
- Influence system improvements, inventory processes, and reporting structures as a Director of Finance
- Be part of a collaborative, energetic culture with strong leadership support and recognition (including spot bonuses)
- Gain exposure to multi-state operations, giving the Director of Finance a unique, enterprise-level perspective

- Expand your expertise in inventory accounting, financial reporting, and compliance within a complex business model

- Lead monthly close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Review financial results and analyze P&L across multiple entities
- Establish and improve processes related to accounting, reporting, and reconciliations
- Oversee inventory accounting practices and coordinate valuation processes
- Partner with operations and leadership to drive accurate reporting and insights
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals
- 7+ years of accounting/finance experience (manufacturing or CPG preferred)
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting and multi-location operations
- Experience with SOX compliance and public company environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
