AR Credit Analyst
We are seeking a skilled AR Credit Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, calculating financial ratios, and making informed recommendations regarding creditworthiness. You will prepare reports, monitor compliance with banking policies, assist with audits, and communicate effectively with customers to resolve complaints and verify transactions.
Responsibilities- Analyze financial data, including financial statements, income, and cash flow, to determine a customer's creditworthiness.
- Use computer programs to calculate financial ratios such as debt-to-income to evaluate a customer's financial health.
- Make recommendations to approve or deny loans and suggest interest rate changes as necessary.
- Prepare reports summarizing a customer's financial health and the risk associated with lending.
- Ensure lending practices comply with bank policies and guidelines.
- Assist with both company and client audits.
- Communicate with customers to resolve complaints and verify financial transactions.
- Credit analysis expertise.
- Proficiency in accounts receivable management.
- Experience in managing new account setups.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Credit Analyst.
- 2+ years of experience in construction-related credit (B2B).
- Experience managing a high volume and high-stress portfolio (1000 applications per month).
- 1+ years of experience with Excel.
- 1+ year of experience navigating multiple ERP systems in one job.
The position requires a fully onsite presence from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role offers an open-ended contract, providing flexibility and stability in your career.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
