Lead Coordinator
Insight Global is seeking a Lead Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the title review, coordination, closing, and post‑closing processes to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of title services for the National Commercial Services unit for an industry leading title insurance organization. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, escrow, local offices, and internal teams.
This role will be sitting on‑site in Phoenix, AZ 5 days a week.
- Review vesting and legal descriptions for accuracy
- Review title requirements and address all title exceptions
- Request pro forma title policies with required endorsements
- Secure search fees (if applicable), title premium pricing, and transfer tax amounts for deeds and/or mortgages
- Provide required affidavits and forms
- Review title objection letters
- Request surveys, zoning reports, and other documentation required for issuance of title policies
- Request and review authority documents, executed documents, and customer instructions
- Provide all required local documents and forms, including but not limited to:
- Owner’s and/or Gap Affidavits
- Transfer Tax documentation
- Mortgage Tax documentation
- Any additional local forms or documents as required
- Provide all applicable title pricing to escrow
- Enter closing dates into SV
- Notify appropriate internal staff that transactions have closed for post‑closing follow‑up
- Provide recording information and copies of recorded documents to customers within two (2) days of closing, state‑dependent
- Create and submit final net title premium invoices through Impact
- When no escrow is involved, issue checks for the NCS share of the title premium and any applicable fees and forward to Accounting
- Upload all accounting documentation and remaining transaction documents into SV
- Follow up with local offices for recording information and copies of recorded documents
- Follow up with local offices to obtain final title policies within two (2) weeks of closing
- Deliver final title policies to customers

- Minimum of 2–4 years of title insurance experience, preferably in a lead coordinator, senior processor, or similar role
- Demonstrated experience reviewing title reports, requirements, and exceptions
- Strong understanding of vesting, legal descriptions, endorsements, and title objections
- Hands‑on experience coordinating with customers, escrow, local offices, and internal teams
- Experience preparing title pricing, invoices, and premium documentation
