Bilingual Spanish Personal Banker

Position Overview

Full‑time Bilingual Spanish Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, based in Phoenix, AZ at the Central Southern Branch (6002 S Central Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85042). Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. PNC is an in‑office company; we encourage candidates to discuss workplace expectations and branch hours with the recruiter or hiring manager. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet and positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities, and educating customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and participation in branch daily operations.

• Managing Risk – assess and effectively manage all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Roles at this level typically require an associate’s degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years in related field. Comparable combinations of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered.
