Job Description
We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. We are looking for a Foreclosure Sales Processor for our law firm client, responsible for monitoring and processing accounts that are in the foreclosure process. The firm specializes in the representation of financial institutions, investors, title insurers, housing authorities, and select businesses in all matters related to mortgage servicing and banking, consumer finance, title insurance, real estate finance, and the enforcement of mortgage loans.
Responsibilities- Complete pre‑foreclosure reviews to ensure all statutory foreclosure requirements have been met.
- Complete and ensure bid and figures are accurate through an audit process.
- Calculate foreclosure fees & costs.
- Review accounts for default changes.
- Request and review payment histories, repayment/trial plans and denial letters sent by the servicer.
- Preview all paperwork to ensure property is ready for sale per servicing and investor guidelines.
- Perform and review SCRA searches.
- Process all foreclosure postponements.
- Review servicers’ internal websites for sale clearances.
- Perform other projects as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- 50+ WPM, Advanced 10
Key skills. - Minimum of one‑year experience in mortgage industry, escrow, servicing or direct foreclosure preferred. Experience with title and foreclosure documents.
- Proven ability to manage high‑volume workloads while meeting strict deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Pay Rate Range: $25 starting hourly
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
