Impact
  • Build financial models supporting long-term strategy, scenario planning, and executive decision-making.
  • Lead investor relations preparation—creating board decks, executive presentations, and narrative insights.
  • Develop and evaluate pricing scenarios across multiple business models.
  • Lead the short-term budgeting process and track performance, milestones, and deviations.
  • Implement rolling quarterly forecasts and actively manage forecast versions.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to provide leadership with actionable insights.
  • Scope, lead, and execute financial analyses supporting long-range initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Partner cross-functionally with C‑suite, product, sales, and operations teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or strategic finance.
  • Outstanding Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with GSuite.
  • Experience with Tableau for reporting preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new tools or software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience supporting or working with senior executives.
  • A self‑directed mindset with a passion for operational excellence and revenue growth.

$200,000 - $230,000 annually, +20% bonus + equity
