Fractional CFO (Remote, Contract)

An established, high-revenue business is seeking a Fractional CFO to provide strategic financial leadership on a part-time, remote basis. This is a six-month contract requiring approximately 10–15 hours per week, ideal for an experienced finance leader seeking a flexible engagement. The role is open to candidates anywhere in the U.S., with preference given to those able to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours

• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance
• Lead the transition to Quick Books
• Advise on business structures, tax strategies, and international expansion
• Manage cash flow, banking, and financial strategies
• Support M&A preparation, due diligence, and exit planning
• Provide strategic guidance on growth and risk management

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
• 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles (CFO, Controller, or similar)
• Strong background in e-commerce models (Amazon, drop shipping, consignment)
• Advanced Quick Books expertise
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, compliance, and tax regulations
• Experience working remotely and managing distributed teams
• Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
