Senior Business Analyst

Remote (working EST hours, preferred ATL, NYC or NJ)

The Company:

Our client is fast-growing B2B Fintech company in the payments space. They are combining the strengths of a payments provider and gateway to deliver seamless, scalable solutions. Their platform supports ISV and partner ecosystems by combining transactional accuracy with actionable financial insights—helping partners drive revenue, reduce risk, and expand market impact

Responsibilities:

Analyze payment data (credit card, ACH, sales residuals) for trends, anomalies, and performance insights
Build dashboards and partner success metrics to measure engagement, growth, and retention
Reconcile payment transactions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance
Synthesize transactional + portfolio data into strategic recommendations and forecasts
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive go-to-market strategy
Optimize data pipelines, reporting automation, and system integrations

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (advanced degree/certifications a plus)
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, payment systems, or portfolio data management
Skilled in portfolio analytics, financial modeling, and BI tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Net Suite)
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks in financial transactions
Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with ability to present insights to leadership
