Senior Financial Analyst (Corporate Finance / FP&A)

We’re partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed ecommerce company on a Senior Financial Analyst search. The business is scaling quickly and targeting a major transaction in the next 1–2 years (likely IPO or PE exit), making this an exciting opportunity to gain meaningful exposure to strategic finance initiatives.

This role reports directly to the Director of Finance and will work closely with the CFO and broader finance leadership team, helping drive financial insights, reporting improvements, and automation across the organization.

• Lead monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
• Build and improve financial models and forecasting processes
• Support planning, flash reporting, and board preparation
• Develop cash forecasting and treasury-related reporting
• Create reporting for lenders and PE sponsors, including covenant calculations
• Partner with accounting, data analytics, and business teams to generate insights
• Drive automation and process improvements across financial reporting and FP&A workflows

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, investment banking, or analytical finance roles
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
• Ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into business insights
• Curiosity, ambition, and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

• SQL or experience working with data analytics teams
• Experience automating reporting or forecasting workflows
