Managing the loan processing and pipeline management team, the full-time Pipeline Manager will oversee daily operations, drive process improvements, and ensure high-quality loan delivery in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage condition clearing and documentation workflows
- Monitor pipeline progression and operational SLAs
- Coordinate activities across underwriting, title, valuation, and closing
- Bachelor's, Associate's, or equivalent degree
- 10+ years of experience in Non-QM residential mortgage processing
- Proven experience leading mortgage processing or pipeline management teams
- Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (e.g., Encompass, Byte, Lending Pad)
- Strong knowledge of Non-QM loan products and applicable mortgage regulations
