Lead Treasury Strategy for a Growing Multi-Entity Organization
Are you a Treasury Professional who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and influencing financial strategy? We’re partnering with a rapidly growing organization that is expanding and looking for an experienced Treasurer to take ownership of enterprise-wide treasury operations.
This is a highly visible leadership opportunity where you’ll work closely with executive leadership to strengthen cash management, oversee banking relationships, manage debt obligations, and help support the financial integration of newly acquired businesses.

What You’ll Do- Oversee company-wide cash management across multiple business entities.
- Develop and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts that provide meaningful insights for executive leadership.
- Optimize cash positioning, intercompany funding, and working capital across the organization.
- Design and implement treasury policies, controls, and procedures that support continued growth.
- Manage corporate debt facilities, including repayment schedules, maturity tracking, and ongoing administration.
- Monitor loan covenant compliance and coordinate required lender reporting.
- Support treasury‑related integration efforts during acquisitions, including banking transitions and debt onboarding.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for banking partners.
- Oversee corporate bank account structures, authorized signers, and internal controls.
- Evaluate and negotiate banking products and services, including lending, depository, payment, and treasury management solutions.
- Lead banking reviews and competitive bidding processes to improve service and pricing.
- Oversee treasury activities related to managed operating and reserve accounts.
- Develop scalable processes for cash handling, account administration, and financial controls.
- Partner with operational leadership to improve banking procedures, disbursement processes, and financial reporting.
- Assist with treasury‑related client and stakeholder inquiries while ensuring compliance with applicable financial standards.
- Partner closely with the CFO on liquidity planning, capital structure, and treasury strategy.
- Collaborate with Accounting and FP&A to improve reporting, streamline workflows, and enhance financial visibility.
- Support acquisition due diligence and post‑acquisition financial integration.
- Prepare treasury reporting and financial analysis for executive leadership and investors.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive treasury experience, including at least 3 years in a corporate treasury leadership role supporting multiple business entities or locations.
- Strong experience in:
- Cash management
- Banking relationship management
- Experience working within leveraged capital structures, including debt covenant compliance and lender reporting.
- Proven ability to establish treasury processes, policies, and internal controls in a growing organization.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound financial judgment.
- Background working in private equity‑backed or acquisition‑driven organizations.
- Experience supporting organizations with frequent mergers or business integrations.
- Exposure to property management, real estate, community management, or other multi‑location service industries.
- Familiarity with reserve fund administration or regulated client fund management is a plus.
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and cash planning skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive leadership and external banking partners.
- Skilled negotiator with strong relationship management capabilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
