Overview

Join our team in Phoenix as a Mortgage Loan Originator. We are looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator who is prepared to make a difference in the lives of consumers who want to buy a home.

As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend lending solutions. You will help clients put together a complete loan application and work with our Operations team throughout the loan process. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of direct sales experience and a proven track record of generating at least $15 million annually in self‑sourced residential loan volume.

You should be a retail producer with a strong reputation within the industry and among both existing and potential referral sources. Exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and a high level of professionalism are essential for success in this role. The online application must be completed for consideration.

We anticipate a base salary of $50,000 per year, with paid wages being a draw on earned commission. Employee benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.
