Job Summary
Bridge Port is seeking a client‑centered Wealth Advisor to deliver personalized investment guidance, financial planning, and relationship management. This role manages client portfolios, supports long‑term planning strategies, and helps grow client relationships through proactive service and trusted advice.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities- Help clients with investment recommendations and portfolio questions.
- Stay in regular contact with clients and provide responsive, personalized service.
- Manage client portfolios using individual securities and third‑party investment strategies.
- Lead client meetings and walk clients through their financial planning recommendations.
- Work with Private Wealth Advisors on portfolio construction and ongoing portfolio management.
- Look for ways to deepen client relationships and identify additional planning or investment needs.
- Help clients with questions related to investments, retirement, insurance, education, taxes, and estate planning.
- Coach Relationship Advisors and Client Services Advisors and help the team stay aligned.
- 7+ years of financial services, investment advisory, or wealth management experience.
- FINRA Series 65 license or a combination of Series 66 and Series 7 licenses.
- Strong understanding of investment management, financial planning, and client portfolio management.
- Effective communication, organization, and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while building client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and coaching team members.
Base salary plus incentive compensation. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the company’s operational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, education, performance, internal equity, and geographic location.

This role offers a hybrid schedule, requiring three days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located near one of our hubs and must be willing to work this schedule.
