Job Summary
Bridge Port is seeking an experienced, relationship-focused Private Wealth Advisor to serve high-net-worth clients through sophisticated investment advice, comprehensive planning, and long-term relationship management. This role serves as a trusted advisor, supports business growth through client acquisition, and provides mentorship and thought leadership across the advisor team.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main advisor and primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients.
- Understand each client’s goals and recommend planning strategies that fit their needs.
- Lead client meetings, explain recommendations, and answer questions clearly.
- Assist clients with investments, insurance, taxes, estate planning, and other financial priorities.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and identify opportunities to grow the business.
- Share ideas that improve investment solutions, planning tools, and client offerings.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to other advisors.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to build trust, strengthen relationships, and support retention.
- 10+ years of financial advisory, wealth management, or investment planning experience with high-net-worth clients.
- FINRA Series 65 license or a combination of Series 66 and Series 7 licenses.
- Deep expertise in investment planning, wealth management strategies, and client relationship development.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work independently, lead client engagements, grow assets under management, and mentor advisors.
Base salary plus incentive compensation. The salary range is a good faith estimate based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications and other factors permitted by law; actual compensation may vary.

Hybrid schedule: three days per week in the office. Applicants should be located near one of Bridge Port’s hubs and be willing to work this schedule.
