Job Summary

The Grants Reporting Analyst will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data related to our organization's grant activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and accounting skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Collect, analyze, and report on grant-related data to support funding requirements and compliance.
  • Collaborate with program teams, finance, and development staff to ensure accurate budgeting and financial reporting for grants.
  • Prepare grant narratives, dashboards, and financial reports for internal stakeholders and external funders.
  • Monitor grant budgets, expenditures, and variance analysis; identify and communicate risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with funder guidelines, applicable regulations, and organizational policies.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of grant experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or related roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles required.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience with federal/state grant accounting or related roles, including budget proposals preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, data management, or reporting, preferably in a grant-funded environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, data visualization software, and databases preferred.
