M&A Finance Manager

Vaco is seeking a Finance M&A Manager in Scottsdale, AZ.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute acquisition strategy, including market targeting and pipeline prioritization.
• Lead diligence planning and coordinate cross‑functional reviews across financial, operational, legal, and compliance areas.
• Build and maintain transaction models for a range of deal structures, including acquisitions, minority investments, and contingent consideration arrangements.
• Analyze post‑close performance against key metrics and provide insights to enhance value and operational efficiency.
• Support transition to integration teams to ensure a smooth post‑deal handoff.
• Develop materials and present insights to executive leadership, board members, and external stakeholders.
• Translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Partner across teams to drive alignment and support a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.

• 5+ years of FP&A with supervisory experience (required)
• Degree in Finance or Accounting (required)
• Significant M&A involvement
• Ability to go on site 4 days a week
• Salary $110‑120k plus bonus
