Investment and Financial Planning Associate

Vaco Arizona is hiring an Investment & Financial Planning Associate for a top company in Phoenix, AZ. This is a direct-hire, fully onsite opportunity offering up to $65,000 annually.

• Support financial planning and investment operations by preparing client documentation, maintaining records, and processing account paperwork.
• Coordinate calendars, schedule client meetings, and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up.
• Develop and update financial plans, investment proposals, IPS documents, and needs analyses.
• Prepare annual review packets, client correspondence, instruction letters, and performance reports.
• Execute account transfers, funding requests, rollovers, trades, and portfolio rebalancing activities.
• Monitor client accounts, resolve trade issues, and ensure account eligibility and maintenance requirements are met.
• Conduct client reviews, fact‑finding meetings, and risk profile assessments.
• Explain investment products, account performance, fees, and withdrawal options to clients.
• Research industry trends and market developments to support advisory recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with all firm policies and regulatory requirements.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Active Series 7 license required

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
