Responsibilities
- Analyze and prepare credit information to support lending decisions for new and existing commercial banking loans and credit solutions within an assigned client portfolio.
- Deliver policy‑compliant credit recommendations while leading projects and initiatives focused on enhancing credit quality, optimizing ROE, and maintaining exceptional client service across USCB.
- Minimize BMO’s risk exposure by adhering to internal credit policies and procedures.
- Independently perform/approve financial covenant compliance calculations and verify collateral margining.
- Lead and support project management initiatives in collaboration with LOBs, offshore partners, Risk/Control, and other stakeholders.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in credit or lending or financial operations in a corporate or banking environment.
- Must have Commercial Banking experience.
- Must have experience with Compliance and financial, credit and risk analysis.
- Must have experience with borrowing base verification calculation.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Business Administration, Finance, and Accounting preferred.
