Open Tech Alliance, Inc. was founded in 2003 and is a leading technology provider to the self storage industry. The company delivers software-enabled solutions including online auctions, access control systems, full-service kiosks, and call center services to self storage operators across North America, with a growing international presence.

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the finance team with rigorous analysis, financial modeling, and cross-functional partnership. This role is critical to budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring, helping Open Tech Alliance make well-informed strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical finance skills, structured thinking, and sound business judgment with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for leadership.

• Lead preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and forward-looking insights
• Develop and maintain financial models supporting business planning, pricing decisions, and strategic initiatives
• Partner with business units to analyze trends and deliver actionable recommendations grounded in business drivers
• Own the budgeting and forecasting processes, critically evaluating assumptions and identifying risks
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics, reporting results and proposing corrective actions where needed
• Perform ad-hoc analyses — cost-benefit, scenario planning, sensitivity analyses — to support new projects and business cases
• Present findings to senior management, clearly communicating insights into both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Ensure data integrity in financial systems and contribute to process improvements that improve reporting efficiency

• 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in a corporate finance environment
• Prior Private Equity (PE) ownership experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency: advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, scenario tools
• Proven experience building financial models and conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses
• Demonstrated ability to work independently — identifying problems, designing analytical approaches, and driving to recommendations
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing business partners, including constructively challenging assumptions
• Net Suite and/or D365 experience preferred
• Strong business acumen with comfort presenting to and fielding questions from senior leadership
