Analyst Intern

Dinan Capital Advisors (DCA), a middle-market boutique investment bank, is seeking part-time Analyst Interns
. This in-person position, based in our Atlanta or Phoenix offices, offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience across various industries and transaction types, including mergers & acquisitions, financings, restructuring, and valuations. Interns will collaborate closely with small deal teams and directly engage with senior-level bankers, working with corporate clients, private equity firms, and other institutional investors.

• Preparing presentations for new business development
• Industry research
• Data room management
• Perform financial analyses on client companies, including comparable transaction and public company analysis
• Research and develop potential buyer, investor, and other target lists
• Assist in transaction logistics, including: update web-based deal and contact management systems, support weekly client status reports, presentation binding, etc.

• Strong accounting and financial statement analysis skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements in a fast paced, dynamic environment

• Exiting juniors pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or other highly technical area.
• This is an in-office position. Students must be able to commute to either our Phoenix or Atlanta locations.
• No prior investment banking experience is required, but a strong interest in finance is essential.
