Trading Operations Associate at Charles Schwab – Phoenix, AZ.

The Trading and Transfer of Assets (TOA) Operations Team supports daily trading and transfer activity for institutional retirement clients. The team engages in mutual funds, equities, ETFs, alternative investments, non‑registered securities, participant rollovers, and mass broker‑to‑broker transfers. They enter and reconcile transactions through a trust system for centralized reporting.

As an entry‑level role, you will learn team processes and support day‑to‑day transfer of assets and trustee reporting, working closely with internal and business‑to‑business partners to complete daily processes.

• Previous trading/operations experience in the retirement industry is preferred but not required.

• Analytical skills, including the ability to research and resolve issues to completion.
• Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
