Position Overview
As a full‑time Bilingual Spanish Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Phoenix, AZ at the Central Southern Branch (6002 S Central Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85042). Bilingual fluency in both English & Spanish is required. PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive.
Responsibilities- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer’s share of wallet.
- Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, elevating client loyalty.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
- Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Customer focused – knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations.
- Managing risk – assess and effectively manage risks associated with business objectives and activities to support PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
