Position Overview

As a full‑time Bilingual Spanish Universal Personal Banker within PNC's Branch Banking organization, you will be based in Phoenix, AZ at the Alhambra Branch (1849 W Glendale Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85021). Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet.
- Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
- Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated experience.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
