A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement Services (PEPI) practice works with private equity held portfolio companies and provides solutions to preserve and generate value for their businesses. We are seeking a high‑performing Associate or Senior Associate to join our CFO Services – Digital Finance Transformation team. In this role, you will partner directly with CFOs, Controllers, and Private Equity sponsors to modernize finance functions, improve reporting transparency, and drive measurable business impact through technology‑enabled solutions.

The ideal candidate blends deep finance and accounting expertise with practical experience in ERP systems, analytics, and automation, and thrives in delivering scalable solutions in high‑stakes environment.

• 4-8+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology / Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering
• Consulting or professional services experience required;
  Big 4 experience preferred
• Experience contributing to ERP implementation efforts within a broader finance transformation or consulting background
• Finance or accounting foundation required (e.g., 13‑week cash flow, three‑statement modeling, financial statement analysis)
• Proficiency in Power BI, Alteryx, and other similar programs
• Significant exposure to ERP platforms such as Net Suite (preferred), SAP S/4
  
  HANA, Oracle Cloud, or MS Dynamics 365
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting concepts, including forecasting, working‑capital management, three‑statement modeling, accounting advisory, and/or audit
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; proven ability to translate between finance and technology teams

$100,000–$170,000 annually salary range, dependent on education, experience, skills, and geography. Discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance. Full‑time employees working ≥30 hours per week are eligible for fringe benefits including healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, disability coverage, 401(k) with annual discretionary contribution, paid time off (vacation, personal days, 72 hours sick time, 10 federal holidays, 1 floating holiday, parental leave).
