As a full‑time Bilingual Spanish Universal Personal Banker within PNC's Branch Banking organization, you will be based in Phoenix, AZ at the Alhambra Branch, 1849 W Glendale Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85021.
Job Description- Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
- Drives sales conversations via outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, positioning PNC solutions for new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Creates customer loyalty and expands customer share of wallet through a differentiated experience, engaging in lobby activities and educating customers on managing transactions with technology and resources.
- Applies product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and participating in efficient branch daily operations.
- Customer Focused – knowledgeable of values and practices that align with customer needs, creating customized solutions that drive loyalty.
- Managing Risk – assesses and manages all associated risks to support PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
