Kforce has a client that is seeking an Anti-Money Laundering Analyst in Phoenix, AZ for a hybrid role (3 days onsite).
Summary:
A global financial services organization is seeking an experienced AML Due Diligence professional to support oversight of third-party payment partners within its Global Merchant and Payments business. This role sits within the first line of defense and is responsible for evaluating risk, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong partner oversight across an international portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform due diligence on new third-party payment partners
- Conduct ongoing reviews based on partner risk profiles
- Evaluate risk exposure and recommend mitigation actions
- Collect, review, and validate partner documentation
- Partner with Compliance and Financial Crime teams on risk assessments
- Communicate requirements and follow-ups to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Document findings, decisions, and supporting rationale
- Identify, escape, and help resolve potential red flags
- 5+ years of AML, compliance, or due diligence experience within financial services
- Experience working with merchant services, payments, or banking environments
- Strong understanding of KYC/CDD, risk frameworks, and regulatory standards
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to assess risk and make sound, well-documented decisions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

- Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
- Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
