We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager-Level Consultant with a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and foundational accounting knowledge. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support informed decision-making and business growth.
To be a good fit for our Advisory Manager role, you will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field;
Master's degree is a plus - 5+ years of experience in Big4/public accounting, consulting, and/or industry, with a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Some accounting experience or understanding of accounting principles and standards.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis tools, ERP systems, and business intelligence platforms
- Advanced Excel skills and some experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Experience in post-merger integration and financial consolidation is a plus
- Proven ability to develop complex financial models and perform detailed financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to identify cost savings opportunities and operational efficiencies
- Experience in developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for various business units
- Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple work streams
- Excellent communication skills to effectively relay financial concepts to all stakeholders from staff to executives
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- A drive to forge deep relationships both internally through a variety of culture initiatives and externally through industry-leading hospitality efforts
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Typical compensation range of $140,000- $160,000
