Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with clients, advisors, planning and investment solutions teams
  • Services existing client relationships (including calling, meeting, corresponding, and addressing requests as well as processing money and asset movements, and trade flow requests) with the highest level of service and prompt follow-up with the client
  • Prepare documentation and materials required for client meetings, including customized reports to illustrate both simple to complex investment/planning issues
  • Collaborate with our advisors and operations team to onboard new client relationships through correspondence, reports, new account paperwork, and advisory agreements
  • Maintain clients and review performance/attribution in performance reporting software
  • Attend client meetings and partner with Sr. Advisors to effectively communicate investment strategy and planning recommendations
  • Provide support for comprehensive financial planning clients by gathering and entering client data to build out planning profiles, develop financial planning analysis, formulate planning goals, and bring forth solutions
  • Partner with Sr. Advisors to develop suitable portfolio recommendations for clients
  • Performs other duties and special projects as required, including firm-wide initiatives

  • Wealth Relationship Manager Associate will provide support in the delivery of advice to clients. Within our team structure, the Associate’s primary responsibility is to prepare financial analysis, modeling, and client materials under the guidance of senior professionals, participate in client meetings, and complete follow-up work. Primary responsibilities may include the following:

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., finance, accounting, tax), or 3+ years of experience at a wealth management or financial planning advisory firm
  • Series 65 or required to sit for Series 65 within 90 days of hire date and obtain Series 65 within the first year of employment
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications/Skills
  • Relevant exposure to CRM and financial services software
  • Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and client service focus
  • Good organizational skills (e.g., multi-tasking and adapting priorities to meet deadlines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of or exposure to eMoney or similar financial planning software
  • Possession of (or ability to obtain) FINRA Series 65
  • CFA, CFP; CPA; or other applicable certification preferred
