Regional Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Regional Finance Partner to serve as the key financial advisor to regional operational leadership. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations, partnering directly with Regional Vice Presidents and Area Managers to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights that improve revenue, profitability, and capacity across a multi-location business.

This is a highly visible role for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and enjoys influencing business decisions beyond traditional FP&A responsibilities.

• Partner directly with Regional VPs and Area Managers to evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead monthly business reviews, presenting market-level financial results, KPIs, and operational performance trends.
• Translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations for operational leaders.
• Track key initiatives and ensure accountability for actions resulting from business reviews.

• Analyze staffing models, workforce productivity, and capacity utilization to optimize business performance.
• Evaluate the financial impact of hiring, scheduling, and resource allocation decisions.
• Partner with field leadership to align demand forecasts with staffing and operational plans.
• Support initiatives focused on improving efficiency, utilization, and profitability.

• Conduct market-level profitability analysis across regions, service offerings, and customer segments.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins and drive sustainable growth.
• Provide financial support and decision-making guidance to operations, recruiting, fleet, and other business functions.
• Deliver insights that influence pricing, investment, and expansion strategies.

• Support new market launches and expansion initiatives through financial analysis and performance tracking.
• Monitor actual results versus plan and identify risks and opportunities early.
• Assist leadership with forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning efforts.
• Provide operational and financial insights to support strategic growth decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Finance Business Partnering, or a related finance function.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, operational drivers, and financial performance metrics.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with experience analyzing large, complex datasets.
• Proven ability to partner with operational leaders and influence decision-making.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.
• Self‑starter with a hands‑on, problem-solving mindset.

• Experience supporting multi‑site, field‑based, or service‑oriented organizations.
• Background in home services, healthcare services, retail, field services, or similar operationally intensive industries.
• Experience with Power BI, business intelligence tools, and operational reporting platforms.
• Exposure to private equity‑backed or high‑growth environments.
• Experience supporting expansion initiatives, new market development, or scaling operations.
