The role with be responsible for the oversight and expert guidance of the BaaS partners to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and BSA/AML/OFAC and fraud prevention.
Job Requirements- 3-5 years' experience in BSA/AML, compliance, fraud and/or financial crimes technology required
- 1-3 years experience with financial institution supporting third-party partner relationships preferred
- Preference for CAMS, CAFP, CRCM or similar certification
- Knowledge of applicable compliance statutes, ability to identify potential concerns
- Ability to be customer facing, effectively communicate and manage a portfolio
