A well established and growing fiduciary and trust services firm with a multi decade track record is hiring a Senior Trust Officer to lead estate and death settlement engagements, backed by a team that genuinely cares about their people.
What You'll Do:
- Lead estate settlement engagements from intake through final distribution
- Coordinate with attorneys, tax professionals, and advisors
- Oversee payment of debts, expenses, and taxes
- Manage beneficiary communications with empathy and professionalism
- Interpret wills and trust documents for accurate, compliant execution
- Navigate probate and manage risk across complex matters
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of trust and estate administration experience
- Strong knowledge of fiduciary, tax, and probate requirements
- CTFA preferred; JD or CPA a plus
