Job Overview

Duties- Handle a variety of complex finance transactions, including syndicated and portfolio transactions.
- Apply knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC and bankruptcy code in commercial finance transactions.
- Engage in workouts/restructuring, M&A, and private equity transactions.
- 3-6 years of transactional experience in finance.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Active bar license in the location of consideration.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong transactional background.
- Understanding of complex finance transactions.
